Do we need to install anything inside Xero?
No engineering work on your side. Raqi connects through Xero's official APIs and webhooks. Your team keeps working in Xero exactly as before; we add the WhatsApp layer around it.

Where is our data stored?

Yes. Raqi is an official Meta tech provider, so every workflow is delivered through your own verified WhatsApp Business number with your brand name, profile, and reply behavior — never a shared sender.
