Raqi listens to events in Airtable — new records, status changes, due dates, and exceptions — and turns each one into the right WhatsApp message to customers, drivers, or internal owners. Replies and updates flow back so the WhatsApp thread stays in sync with Airtable.
Do we need to install anything inside Airtable?
No engineering work on your side. Raqi connects through Airtable's official APIs and webhooks. Your team keeps working in Airtable exactly as before; we add the WhatsApp layer around it.
Who configures the workflows?

Where is our data stored?
Data stays in-region. Raqi runs on infrastructure hosted inside the GCC, and customer messages, attachments, and operational metadata never leave the region. Access controls, audit logs, and retention policies are configured per customer.

Yes. Raqi is an official Meta tech provider, so every workflow is delivered through your own verified WhatsApp Business number with your brand name, profile, and reply behavior — never a shared sender.
